Victoria Park was my first choice because of the Manyata Tech Park walking distance - I work there and the commute math was simple. After booking and moving in as a resident, I can confirm: the walk to Manyata Gate 1 is 12 minutes. The campus itself is beautiful - the colonial architecture is distinctive and the 80% open space claim is accurate. The 20,000 sq ft clubhouse has an indoor cricket pitch which is unexpected and very popular with residents. Sobhas construction quality is industry-leading. RERA PR/310322/004800 is clean.
