Falcon City has a metro station literally at the gate – that is the biggest infrastructure win any Bengaluru project can have right now. The 72-acre township is already partially delivered with active residents. Commercial high street inside is functioning. 2BHK at 85L in a Prestige township with metro at door is excellent. South Bengaluru buyers should prioritize this.
