Century Mirai is intentionally limited to 475 homes in a 50-storey tower - so each floor has very few units and common areas are genuinely uncrowded. I have seen large township projects where the amenities are always full and the elevators always busy. Mirai boutique model avoids that completely. RERA PR/181025/008182 is filed and Century Real Estate has delivered well in Bangalore. The ORR IT corridor views from the 45th floor sky lounge are spectacular - you can see from Bellandur lake to Manyata Tech Park on a clear day.
