Purva Park Hill is designed around one thing: the Turahalli State Forest on its boundary. I visited specifically to verify whether the forest view can be blocked by future construction. The answer is no - Turahalli is a state forest reserve and construction within it is not permitted. The forest views from the upper floors are permanent. The tri-deck balconies on the 3BHK sample unit gave a layered view of the forest canopy in the morning light - genuinely beautiful. The 1-acre rooftop forest garden and 6-km walking paths along the forest edge make this the most nature-integrated project in south Bangalore.
