Shriram Codename The One is positioned at 1Cr for a 2BHK which undercuts most Bangalore luxury projects significantly. The Chandapura location is on Hosur Road which has a longer Bangalore central commute but the project is specifically positioned for Electronic City and Hosur industrial corridor professionals. I work at a manufacturing firm in Bommasandra KIADB and Chandapura is actually very convenient. Shriram Properties RERA PR/120625/007819 has an excellent delivery track record. The Codename series is their premium offering - the double-height lobby in the sample unit was genuinely impressive.
