Sattva Lumina at 62L entry for a G+29 tower in Yelahanka seems too good and I investigated whether there is a catch. Having visited the site and reviewed the documentation, I do not see one. Sattva Group has delivered consistently in Bangalore across multiple projects. The Doddaballapur Road location is adjacent to the Metro Phase 3 alignment which when delivered will transform connectivity. The 1BHK compact units are genuinely well-designed not cramped. At 62L for a high-rise from Sattva in Yelahanka with metro upside and Q3 2027 possession, this is one of north Bangalores best value propositions right now.
