Godrej Ananda Phase 3 started handing over in January 2026 and I collected my keys last month. The construction quality is Godrej standard - which means above average for this price range. Rooftop solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and the green building certification are all operational. The area around Bagalur has developed significantly - Phase 1 buyers who complained about lack of social infrastructure no longer have that problem. Schools, supermarkets, and a hospital are now within 3 km. At 75L for a 1BHK from Godrej in a delivered community, the risk is essentially zero.
