Electronic City Phase 2 with metro access is a very different proposition from what it was three years ago. Casagrand Vivacity sits right on the elevated metro line and the commute to central Bangalore has become practical. I work at Infosys campus which is about 2.5 km away - a short auto ride. Casagrand has delivered 80+ projects and their quality is consistent at this price range. RERA PR/220424/006830 is filed. 2BHK at 75L in Electronic City Phase 2 with metro access - the rental yield here is strong because demand from Infosys and Wipro employees is constant.
