Rajajinagar is an established locality and Birla Tisya is the most premium project this area has seen. The sample flat was exceptional - 3BHK at 1800 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings felt genuinely spacious. The rooftop pool and sky garden on the 30th floor are the highlights. Walking distance to Rajajinagar Metro is a real advantage - the purple line metro here is well-connected. At 1.17Cr for a 2BHK from Birla Estates in established Rajajinagar, RERA filed, possession December 2026 - this is a compelling buy.
