I think yes - RR Nagar is genuinely transforming with metro and the Kengeri Station adjacency is a real long-term advantage. The 1BHK at 68L from Birla Estates with RERA PR/040924/006989 in an area undergoing this kind of infrastructure upgrade is still a compelling buy. The 45K sq ft clubhouse and rooftop pool are full luxury amenities at a price point that starts at 68L. End-user demand is strong because metro makes the area practical for IT workers.
