Kanjurmarg is one of Central Mumbai's underrated locations – LBS Road, Eastern Express, and the metro all accessible. The forest concept in Runwal Forests is genuine, not just branding. I visited and the existing trees are mature and real. 2BHK at 1.5Cr is well priced for this area. Runwal has a good track record in Mumbai.
