90 acres in Mumbai is unbelievable. The park boundary location gives it an exclusivity that no other Mumbai project can replicate. Godrej Reserve feels genuinely resort-like – leopard spotting from your balcony is a real thing apparently. 2BHK at 1.8Cr for this setting is actually reasonable. Downside – Kandivali East inner roads can be painful during rush hour.
