Visited the site this weekend. The location is genuinely green – there is a creek on one side and the Sanjay Gandhi reserve is close by. The 2BHK at 1.5Cr is well laid out, RERA carpet area is around 680sqft which is decent for Mulund. Godrej quality on construction is consistent in my experience. The highway road can get congested during peak hours but that is the tradeoff.
