The 1BHK under 1Cr in Thane is increasingly rare and Raymond TenX delivers that. Brand credibility of Raymond is a plus – they are relatively new to real estate but corporate backing means less risk of project stalling. Went for site visit – the 14 acre campus plan looks solid. Amenity list is impressive for this price range. The Pokhran Road location is decent, Thane station is 15 mins. For first time buyers this makes sense.
