Byculla is genuinely changing. Went for the site preview last week and the tower height and zoo-facing view is unlike anything in this price range. Piramal build quality from their earlier projects has been good. My concern is that Byculla has infrastructure gaps still and the metro line they are banking on is a few years away. The 3BHK at 3.5Cr looks attractive compared to similar specs in Lower Parel which is 5Cr plus. Risky bet but possibly good returns if metro comes through.
