Attended the invite-only launch event last month. The model apartment is genuinely stunning – 14 foot ceilings, private lift lobby for each unit. Sea view from the 38th floor is breathtaking. But honestly the pricing at 18Cr starting feels aggressive even for Malabar Hill. Comparing with Raheja Imperia nearby which offers similar spec at a lower cost. Anyone else went for the preview?
