Lodha Luxuria is positioned as the accessible Lodha product in Thane and it largely delivers on that. The 2BHK at 90L is well-priced for a Lodha-branded project. Build quality is consistent with what Lodha does elsewhere. The olympic pool and sports facilities are a genuine plus for active families. Thane location itself has matured well.
