Supertech has had well-publicised legal issues but Eco Citi in Sector 137 is an actually delivering project with residents already living there. The township infrastructure including school and hospital is functional. 2BHK at 70L with metro access in Noida is competitive. If buying, choose a ready-to-move unit to avoid delivery risk. Location and price are both right.
