Sobha is probably the one builder in India where the construction quality is genuinely above average and provably so – their in-house model means the tiles, wood, plumbing are all Sobha controlled. Visited the site and the construction looks clean. Sector 108 is a bit away from the main Gurugram CBD but with work from home demand it is less of an issue. The 3BHK at 2.5Cr seems fair. Township scale means the internal amenities will be very complete.
