Got an invite to the private preview. DLF reputation on Golf Course Extension is well established. The 4BHK unit at 7.5Cr is actually competitive for GCR given what M3M and Sobha charge. The model flat is done by Gauri Khan Design – genuinely tasteful, not over the top. Maintenance charges at Rs 8 per sqft will add up but expected for this tier. DLF build quality I have seen in sector 42 and 77 is consistent.
