Prestige entering Noida is a big deal. Their track record in Bangalore is excellent – Prestige Shantiniketan, Prestige Lakeside Habitat are well-regarded. The township scale at 60 acres in Sector 150 is ambitious and the integrated nature (residential plus retail plus hotel) gives it strong long-term value. Pricing at 2.2Cr for 3BHK is at a premium to the sector but the brand and scale justify it.
