Omaxe State is a genuinely ambitious concept – cricket stadium, convention center, and residences on the same campus in Dwarka. Dwarka's connectivity is excellent with metro and Expressway. Living adjacent to a cricket stadium and mall has real lifestyle advantages. 2BHK at 1.6Cr in Dwarka with all this is a compelling concept. Do check construction timelines though.
