Noida Sector 146 is a developed pocket with good internal roads and the metro is literally walking distance. Godrej brand in Noida has been strong since their sector 43 project. The 2BHK at 1.3Cr is reasonably priced for this location. The tropical garden concept looks nice in renders. My flat calculation works out to around 7100 per sqft all-in which is market rate for sector 146. Recommended for Noida buyers.
