The 200+ amenities claim sounds absurd but they count everything including individual sports courts, garden zones, etc. It is a large township and the amenity count is roughly accurate when you visit. The European theme with waterfalls and flowering gardens is genuinely done well. Sohna Road location has been developing steadily. 2BHK at 1.1Cr for 75 acres of amenities is solid value.
