Sector 150 has become the premium pocket of Noida – wider roads, greener, less density. ATS has delivered well in Noida (Paradiso, Advantage) so brand credibility is okay. The 4BHK with servant quarter and 2700sqft carpet is genuinely spacious. At 2Cr for this size it is Delhi NCR best value in my view. The double-height living room is the USP. My only concern – ATS had financial issues a few years ago but they have stabilised since.
