Cherry County is an already-delivered township with a real community of residents. That itself reduces risk considerably. Cricket ground inside and metro nearby are genuine advantages. 2BHK at 75L in a functioning Noida township is competitive. Not the flashiest project but for practical buyers who want a ready-to-move delivered township, this is solid.
