Park 63 is genuinely 63 acres – I visited and the campus feels like a small town. Lake, amphitheatre, school – all there and most are operational. Poonamallee is well-connected to both Mount Road and OMR. 2BHK at 55L in this campus is outstanding value. Shriram has a solid Chennai track record. Best affordable township buy in West Chennai.
