OMR Phase 2 has been growing with IT companies and Provident Park Square is one of the best-value townships here. 47 acres with cricket ground is impressive at this budget. Provident Housing is a reliable developer in Chennai. 2BHK at 58L for a large township on OMR is excellent value. Good for IT corridor workers who want space without breaking the budget.
