Brigade Chennai entry through Xanadu is significant. Mogappair is a prime residential area – Anna Nagar adjacent, CMBT walkable, metro coming soon. The 1 lakh sqft clubhouse claim is accurate based on site visit – they have earmarked a huge plot for it. 2BHK at 1.4Cr is premium for Mogappair but Brigade quality justifies it. The floor plans are efficient – no odd cuts or wasted corners. For north Chennai buyers this is probably the best product currently.
