Prestige entering Sholinganallur is good news – the area needed a quality developer. The dedicated workspace alcoves are a genuinely useful WFH feature, not just cosmetic. EV charging for 100 percent parking is Chennai first – significant for future proofing. 3BHK at 1.75Cr on OMR is fair. The MRTS station connectivity to the city is the hidden advantage people overlook. Good project, Prestige brand makes it safe.
