I was skeptical about lake view claims from developers but visited Lakeside 24 to check for myself. The lake is actually there and is well-maintained. The lake-view deck on the 5th floor has a direct sightline to the water not obscured by buildings or walls. Kolte-Patil RERA PR/060324/006667 has solid delivery credentials in Pune and is building this reputation in Bangalore. Hennur Road flyovers have genuinely improved the commute to Manyata Tech Park. 2BHK at 1.1Cr for lake-facing in this area is competitive.
