The Shivalik brand in Surat is solid. Their Silver Creek project had very few snagging issues — unusual for a high-rise project. The sky club concept is novel for Surat. I'd lean towards this if I were buying in Althan.

One thing to consider — Althan has seen a lot of new launches in the last 18 months. There's more supply here vs Vesu. This affects resale liquidity in the short term. Long term both areas should do well as Surat continues growing.
