ATS in NCR has never had a delayed project in the premium segment as far as I know. Their Noida and Greater Noida projects always deliver. Brings credibility to this Lucknow launch. The brand premium might actually be worth it just for delivery certainty.

The new terminal at Lucknow airport will make Sultanpur Road extremely accessible. Currently the road has some bottlenecks near Singar Nagar but the expressway bypass takes you around it. Long-term this is a strong corridor.
