Nallagandla is one of those Hyderabad locations that has grown steadily without the hype. Aparna is the most reliable name in Hyderabad real estate – they have never stalled a project. Lake facing 3BHK at 1.8Cr is very competitive. The actual lake view from upper floors during site visit was beautiful. Clubhouse plans look impressive. For Hyderabad residents Aparna is the safe choice – consistent quality, no drama.
