Having seen Folium, Horizon is clearly a step up – larger homes, upgraded amenities, and a higher floor count. Kondapur address is proven gold. 3BHK at 95L for Sumadhura quality in Kondapur is fair. City views from upper floors of Horizon are panoramic and worth the floor premium. Good to see Sumadhura building on their Kondapur track record.
