The space theme is eye-catching but the actual product is solid once you get past the marketing. Tellapur is a bit further from Financial District than Narsingi or Kokapet but prices are significantly lower. 2BHK at 1.1Cr with Aliens build quality (which is decent) works. Sky bridges are an actual architectural feature not just a render. The community is massive – 5000 plus units means great internal amenities but also more traffic.
