Crossing Republik has strong community feel — lots of established middle-class families. The resident composition is different from GNOW which is more young professional. If you have school-age kids and want a stable, established neighborhood, Crossings might actually suit better.

The NH-9 Delhi-Meerut Expressway has made Crossing Republik extremely accessible from east Delhi. I do this commute daily to Mayur Vihar — 35-40 minutes door to door now. Would have been unthinkable 5 years ago.
