Parmeshwar Platina Maneja

I shortlisted Parmeshwar Platina in Maneja after systematic elimination. My criteria were: RERA registered with clean status, active construction visible, Vadodara-Ahmedabad Expressway access within 10 minutes, and 2BHK under ₹60 lakh. Platina met all four and I want to explain why Maneja specifically is now a serious residential address in Vadodara. Five years ago Maneja was industrial-outskirts. The expressway has changed this completely. Professionals who commute between Vadodara and Ahmedabad — a genuinely common pattern in Gujarat business — now find Maneja dramatically more practical than living in central Vadodara. The expressway cuts the Vadodara-Ahmedabad commute to 45-50 minutes on a clear day. Several Ahmedabad-headquartered companies have Vadodara liaison offices and the reverse is common. Maneja sits at this commuter sweet spot. The RERA verification I did personally: I downloaded the RERA registration certificate from the Gujarat RERA portal, cross-checked the project plan against what was shown to me in the sales office, and confirmed that the promoter is the same entity named in RERA. I also noted the quarterly updates that had been filed — they were current, which is itself a sign of compliance seriousness. Parmeshwar Group is not a large developer — 4 completed projects in Vadodara — but what they have completed looks good. I visited their Parmeshwar Elegance project in Maneja (their previous work in the same area) and spoke with three residents. Two were very satisfied; one mentioned a 6-month delay in possession but was otherwise fine with the quality. Floor plan at Platina: the 2BHK at 1,080 sqft has an efficient layout — no wasted corridor, separate wet and dry areas in the kitchen. The master bedroom allows a king bed plus wardrobe on both walls. For ₹55 lakh this is appropriate space for a couple or small family. Possession: mid-2026 as promised. Current construction is at floor 8 of 14 which looks on schedule given the launch date.
