Sarjapur Road rental yield is actually quite good. If you are working in the IT corridor here the rent vs EMI math is interesting – rent for a 2BHK nearby is around 25k, EMI on Mana Dale 2BHK at 85L would be roughly 72k. So buying makes sense only if you are staying 8 plus years or expect strong appreciation. The project itself is solid – Mana has delivered well in this area before. Clubhouse quality looks good for the price point.
