Godrej Woodscapes at 72L for a 1BHK is among the most affordable new launches from a branded developer in Bengaluru right now. The forest trail concept is genuinely nice – the renders show an actual wooded area, not just potted plants. Good for first-time buyers or those working remotely. Connectivity to the new terminal 2 area via Bellary Road is a bonus.
