I looked at S World last month. The sample flat is very impressive — Italian marble flooring, modular kitchen fittings are premium. But the maintenance charges they quoted for S World towers were ₹5.20 per sqft which is significantly higher than regular Shantigram phases. That's a big ongoing cost.

As an Ahmedabad investor, Shantigram has given the most consistent returns of any township in the city. Phase 1 buyers from 2010 are sitting on 3x appreciation. The brand premium is real. S World will likely appreciate faster given the product positioning.

For families relocating from outside Gujarat, this is the easiest recommendation I make. Everything is within the township. You don't need to figure out the city immediately. The community is very family-oriented. Guajarati community is dominant which may or may not be a factor depending on your background.

@Jigar — very fair point. The community has a strong Gujarati business family character. Cultural fit matters and most people find it very welcoming. Navratri celebrations here are something else entirely.
