New Town has transformed in the past 5 years – from an empty planned city to a bustling IT and residential hub. Metro connectivity is a game changer. PS Group is Kolkata most reliable builder – no project stalling, on-time deliveries. Equinox at 1.3Cr for a 2BHK in New Town with metro access is genuinely competitive. The smart home integration is better than most – saw it in the demo unit. Rooftop observatory is a nice touch. Recommended for Kolkata buyers.
