Thirumazhisai is in an interesting position. It's on the Poonamallee High Road which is an arterial route, the ORR runs close by, and the Tamil Nadu government west Chennai development programme has earmarked this belt for infrastructure focus. Shriram Park Uno takes advantage of this. The children's science-themed play park is a fresh idea – my nephew visited a similar Shriram amenity in their Bengaluru project and kids genuinely engage with it. Layouts are practical – the 2BHK has a proper utility area which most small apartments skip. At 67L entry price with Shriram brand and RERA TN/01/Building/0097/2024 filed, this is an honest mid-segment buy. The ORR proximity will boost resale values as west Chennai develops.
