Padur has been on my watchlist for a while. It sits at the exact junction of OMR Phase 2 and the Pallikaranai link – from here you can reach Sholinganallur IT hub in under 15 minutes and the Perungudi side in 25 minutes. The OMR elevated road when complete will make this even better. Olympia Marvella at 22 acres is a real township – visited the site and the 65% open space claim is verifiable from the layout. The children's aqua park is a feature I haven't seen at this price before. Olympia has delivered 20 million sq ft in Chennai – that is a track record that removes most of the developer risk. 2BHK at 68L on OMR Phase 2 in a genuine township is solid value.
