Kodambakkam is not a name you hear in new launch conversations often but it should be – central Chennai, T. Nagar adjacent, good schools, Valluvar Kottam nearby for morning walks. Casagrand Sterling with only 36 units is about as boutique as you get in Chennai from a large developer. Private terrace for each unit is the standout feature – it's an actual private outdoor space, not a shared roof. The sky lounge has city views towards the ocean side on clear mornings. Gessi bathroom fittings in the sample flat were striking – the brand is comparable to Kohler at the premium end. 3BHK at 1.72Cr in Kodambakkam with this spec and just 36 units means this will sell out well before possession.
