Saket has a good reputation in Bhopal. Callista is their cleanest product yet. Ayodhya Bypass is now fully connected — the 4-laning is done and access to AIIMS Bhopal and the Manit area is straightforward. The Bairagarh to Ayodhya Bypass stretch was the problem and that's been resolved.

For a 3-year posting with possible extension, buying makes sense if the numbers work. Bhopal government employees' housing demand is constant — there will always be a buyer or tenant for a quality 3 BHK. The market here is not as liquid as Indore but the government administration buyer base means steady demand.
